We will launch our “Team UP” South/ Level 1 program in the beautiful cloud forests of Monteverde, Costa Rica at lush and magical Finca Camino Nuevo. What a beautiful place to begin our journey! Hosted by the amazing founder Keith & his dedicated Staff, guests will enjoy warm & inviting Pura Vida hospitality. As an added bonus, Dani & Felix will be supporting our event coordination on site.
ROOMS: We have 2 room options for the event: Downstairs, the rooms have stunning mountain views and a hammock outside from which to enjoy the vistas. Upstairs rooms have expansive mountain and ocean views for as far as the eyes can see.
All rooms have 1 double bed & 1 single bed, private bathrooms, comfy mattresses, and sheets and blanket adorned with simple yet beautiful decorations from Peruvian tribes. To keep the costs as low as possible for this first event and to create our “Team UP” vibe & tribe, all rooms will likely be shared with 2 people per room.
Let us know your room preference and who you’d love to have as your roommate! We will do our best to accommodate.
Food
Colorful, fresh, healthy and yummy are the pillars that the weeks menu is built on.
By the experienced hands of local chef Edith, who has cooked for numerous retreats at Finca Camino Nuevo, we are creating a simple yet delicious variety of dishes and staples that will keep us energized and satisfied.
BREAKFAST: Choices will be rotating fruits, oats, eggs, bread, smoothies, nuts, seeds & suprises.
LUNCH: A hearty-starchy meal, a raw dish, cooked or fried veggies and a sauce.
DINNER: will be more simple and light. Soup & Salad are the go for with potential variations.
There will be daily snacks, teas and refreshing drinks available in addition to the 3 meals.
