“Bright Lights” in Conscious Service & Leadership
Programs, Mentorships & Internships
We Know that one of the most powerful and transformative forms of philanthropy and community engagement is through service ~ through actively empowering, up-lifting, and valuing others ~ using one’s unique gifts, talents, and resources in service to the well-being of All.
This is true for benefactors and beneficiaries alike.
Our “Bright Lights” programs are designed to inspire and empower “facilitators” (aka The Ones who serve and lead The Many) with the transformational teachings, tools, practices and resources to Do Well AND Do Good … consciously and creatively. Our students, mentees, interns, program participants, and clients learn to work with principles of conscious service & leadership, conscious engagement, Right Relationship, mindfulness, philanthropic entrepreneurship, conscious communication, New Thought concepts, and energetic awareness with the primary intention of being of more conscious service and leadership in the world. In the process, they learn how to recognize and steer clear of disconnect, interference, struggle, drama, and conflict early on, and choose conscious alternatives that help them and others to create and/or restore grace, ease, harmony, flow, and right relationship into their lives, their work, and the world. As a result, our program participants Up their game in significant ways that make a difference not only in their own lives, but in the lives of many others.
Along the way, our students, mentees, interns, and program participants become part of our Conscious Resource Network (a talented pool of conscious people and resources) and conscious community (aka “sangha”, “Allyu”, or “Tribe”). Being in community is an essential part of leading an awakened life of service. This not only that helps them navigate today’s rapidly changing world; inspires them to respond positively to the unique opportunities, needs, and issues of our times; empowers them to assist “Bright Lights” and others on the path of Awakening; provides them with conscious alternatives, tools, and practices: and empowers them to use their emerging genius, gifts, talents, and leadership to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
We are especially interested in working with:
- “Bright Lights” facilitators, teachers, coaches, healers, consultants, musicians, business owners, entrepreneurs, designers, and many others
- Motivated and visionary individuals, couples, groups, organizations, and communities
- Talented college students who care about consciousness & have some serious skills who are seeking internships
- Professional young adults (especially 20/30~Somethings!), young entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and conscious creators who are courageously and creatively pioneering new ways forward in this time of Great Change.
We also Know that mentoring someone to hone their unique gifts and talents to the degree that they can start-up and successfully run their own business… That, is a game changer. Add additional training, mentorship, and resource linking… and that has the potential to create amazing ripple effects beyond the student themselves.
Currently, there are 4 ways (or “tracks”) to participate in our Conscious Service & Leadership programs:
- Integrative Healing & Energy Medicine Practitioner Program (EMP Mentorship) (Group)
- Conscious Service & Leadership Mentorships and/or Internships (CSL Mentorship) (Group)
- Internships with The Bodhi Bridge in Trust In Flow (Internships) (Individual)
- and Private Client Services (Coaching, Trainings, Energy Work, Mentorship) (Individual)
All of our programs, mentorships and internships are service-oriented and integrative in approach.
They include:

Whether engaged in weekly mentorships, weekend workshops and retreats, a progressive series of trainings & intensives, service-learning projects, or one-on-one coaching and energy work these Conscious Service & Leadership programs are highly interactive, hands-on, challenging, fun, powerfully transformative AND make a positive difference in the world!
TO DONATE (click here): Go to our Donate page a select Option “Bright Lights in Conscious Service”. $500 – $5,000 will “bridge the gap” by providing partial or full scholarships to help cover actual program costs. All students contribute through partial payment, full payment, work-trade, or service.
