The “Bright Lights” ~ Women’s Conscious Service & Leadership programs are designed to address the unique opportunities, needs, and issues that women (and yes, men, too) face as they rise in to positions of service and leadership ~ especially as they answer their Soul’s Calling to serve and lead from a place of higher purpose and higher consciousness. For many women, leadership looks like service ~ even when women are in positions of power and influence. We are often the one’s working quietly “behind” other leaders (sometimes more extroverted men and women), helping things to happen behind the scenes, coordinating to be sure that the activities, services, and resources we wish to see in the world get out into the world. For women who are front and center in their leadership and service, we provide valuable mentorship, support, guidance, and nurturance to keep body, mind, heart, and spirit fueled, aligned, and in service to their Authentic/Higher Self, even as they are in service to and lead others.
Through our “Bright Lights” Conscious Service & Leadership programs, we inspire, empower, and equip women to up-level their consciousness and their capacities to model greater Possibilities in life and in service and leadership. We explore what it means to be of conscious and creative service, what transformational leadership and right relationship might look like as a lived reality, and how these models can transform lives for the better… not only the lives of others, but the lives of the women themselves.
Programs focus on equipping motivated and visionary women with the teachings, tools, practices, and conscious community (or “Tribe”) that helps them navigate today’s rapidly changing world; inspires them to respond positively to the unique opportunities, needs, and issues that arise for female ”Bright Lights” on the path of awakening; provides them with tools and practices for conscious communication; offers conscious alternatives to disconnect, struggle, drama, conflict and other dynamics: and empowers them to use their genius, gifts, talents, and leadership to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Programs vary from weekly mentorships, to weekend workshops and retreats, to a progressive series of trainings & intensives that engage women in conscious service and leadership.
Funds Requested: $500 – $2,500 for program series per participant.
Donors “bridge the gap” by providing partial or full scholarships to help cover actual program costs. All students contribute through partial payment, full payment, work-trade, and/or service.
