As part of our “Bright Lights” in Conscious Service & Leadership Initiative, we offer private trainings and mentorships in Integrative Healing & Energy Medicine to a select number of gifted and talented students. The IHP program is specifically designed to train IHP Practitioners in high quality integrative healing and energy medicine practices and protocols for working directly with clients and community.   The IHP Mentorship Program is chunked down into 5 parts, spread out over 6 months – 1 year:
  • Level 1 Training, Practicum & Mentorship
  • Level 2 Training, Practicum & Mentorship
  • Level 3 Training, Practicum & Mentorship
  • Level 4 Training, Practicum & Mentorship
  • Level 5 (Optional) Advanced Training, Practicum & Mentorship
  • Additional Special Sessions can compliment these required classes

Healing and transformation is a natural part of a conscious service-leader's evolutionary journey.

One that can greatly benefit the communities one serves and the global collective.    

As part of our "Bright Lights" in Conscious Service & Leadership Initiative, we have developed private mentorships to cultivate our students'/mentees' capacity to be of service to the conscious evolution of humanity.  Because healing, growth, and transformation is a natural part of any conscious service-leader's evolutionary journey, we are especially dedicated to serving and keeping the Ones who serve the Many in great shape. Why? Because these are the Ones on the leading edge of change ~"Bright Lights", service-leaders, and bodhissatvas ~  Ones who can greatly benefit the communities they serve, Ones who facilitate positive shifts in individuals, families, groups, and organizations, Ones who contribute to the global collective's ever-evolving journey. We are also dedicated to increasing access to consciousness-based teachings, tools, practices, and services to those who might not otherwise be able to afford them, but would honor and Do Right by the opportunities. This includes our Mentees and the clients they serve, many of whom are often students, women with children, "Bright Lights" with gifts and talents who seek right livelihood, and others who's service and leadership is greatly needed in the world. Our Integrative Healing & Energy Medicine Practitioner (IHP) Mentorship Program is one of the ways we help this happen. The IHP Mentorship is a two year certification program based on an integration and application of teachings, tools, principles and practices that build one's capacity to facilitate the process of Awakening, healing, up-leveling, and coming into Right Relationship (aka "Flow"). Ultimately, this training program empowers practitioners to facilitate their clients'  journey of awakening to their Authentic & Higher Self ~ that well-spring of grace, ease, harmony, thriving and ~ ultimately ~ Flow. In turn, it creates "right livelihood" (a form of conscious economic freedom and development) for the Practitioners. The curriculum is innovative, interdisciplinary, hands-on, and integrative. It focuses on: indigenous wisdom teachings, shamanistic, and New Thought traditions, Eastern philosophies, mindfulness & meditation, consciousness-based sciences (i.e. neuro-science, neuro-linguistics, quantum physics, etc), conscious service & leadership, integrative healing & energy medicine practices from around the world.  Service-learning is a core component of this program, as it helps Mentee Practitioners to integrate and embody what they're learning through practical application of new skills while making tangible difference to clients and community.

Our private mentorships are by nomination, invitation, application, and selection.

We only select and mentor a limited number of students.

Note: Participation in the Conscious Service & Leadership Medicine Wheel is required to qualify for this program.

This 500* hour instructional program program includes:

* Two circuits of the Conscious Service & Leadership (CSL) Medicine Wheel 

* Integrative Healing Practitioner (IHP) Training 

* Monthly IHP Group Training Calls 

* Three Advanced Classes 

* Monthly Integration Calls with CSL Medicine Wheel Community

* Private Mentorship calls 

* Readings of select materials 

Additional training/requirements include:

* Levels of Mastery & Stewardship Assessment 

* Conscious Service Learning Projects
