“Bright Lights” Team & Facilitator Trainings

People make Programs Possible.

Awesome People make Miracles Happen.

It takes an awesome Team of dedicated beings to support, facilitate, and deliver our life-transforming services and programs. The Bodhi Bridge is in the process of building wonderfully talented and dedicated team and is equipping them with teachings, tools, practices and resources to facilitate the awakening of themselves and others,  their team’s success, and their ability to be of conscious service to our clients and others.

While much of their time and talent is volunteered, one of the Intentions of The Bodhi Bridge is to create thriving lives… and right livelihood is an essential means for this. Rather than having a J-O-B that holds little purpose or meaning “just” to pay the bills, and which may contribute little to the upliftment of community, “right livelihood” for Us means people having the opportunities to use their gifts and talents in service to the awakening of others and to create thriving lives of purpose, meaning, and passion in the process.

In the early stages of start-up, we are asking our donors and supporters to help us Bridge the Gap… That is, to help us stipend members of our growing little Team so they CAN afford to volunteer their time while we get our revenue-generating activities off the ground.

Funds Requested: $500 – $2,000 for stipends

$500 – $2,500 for Team trainings

Use of Funds:

1) Stipends awarded to Teammates for dedicated and valuable service;

2) Relevant Team trainings ~ These support our efforts to demonstrate the value of consciousness principles and practices in action,  provide valuable support for  day-to-day functioning of the organization and collaboration, and increases our Team’s and Collaborative Partners’ ability to chamption our clients’ and organization’s success.

3) Mentorships ~ Mentorships provide our Team with valuable conscious service and leadership development. As we grow and as our programs launch and scale, talented mentors help us to develop both professionally and in the consciousness we wish to model.
